Read the operating instructions completely and familiarise yourself with the device before initial operation.

Do not pull the power cable over sharp edges, trap it or let it hang down. The power cable must be protected from heat and moisture. The power cable must not be stretched or strained.

Repairs may only be carried out by an authorised service centre or by a suitably qualified electrician using original spare parts.
Never immerse the device in water.
The device must NOT be cleaned under running water!
Do not use this device near bathtubs, shower trays or other containers that contain water.
If the device is used in a bathroom, unplug the plug after use, as the proximity of water poses a hazard even when the device is switched off.
Do not pull the plug out of the socket by the power cord or with wet hands!
The charging station and the device must be protected from heat and humidity.
The charging station may only be used to charge the intended device.
To prevent hazardous situations caused by inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be connected to an external switching device such as, for example, a timer, to an electrical outlet having an unstable or intermittent power supply, or to a circuit that is regularly turned off and on by the utility company.
Never use the device in environments where there is a high concentration of aerosol (spray) products or where oxygen is released.
Never spray the device with aerosol (spray) products labelled as flammable.
Protect the device from dust, dirt and lint.
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
Wipe the device with a slightly damp cloth and dry it with a soft cloth.
As an additional safety measure, the installation of a tested residual current device (RCD) with a rated tripping current of not more than 30 mA in the circuit is recommended. Ask your electrician for advice.

Safety instructions for lithium batteries

Never touch leaking cells with bare hands. If the eyes or hands are contaminated, always rinse with plenty of water. If the skin or eyes become irritated, consult a doctor.

Waste electrical and electronic equipment at the end of its service life
– Do not dispose of electrical equipment with household waste. European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its transposition into national law requires that used electrical equipment must be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner. Recycling alternative to the return request: The owner of the electrical device is obliged to cooperate in the proper recycling of the device in the event of abandonment of ownership, as an alternative to returning it. For this purpose, the old device can also be left to a collection point that carries out disposal in accordance with the national recycling and waste management law.
