The Biosmetics Intensive Eyebrow & Lash Colour is a long-lasting colour for the eyelashes and eyebrows. By tinting the tips of the eyelashes, which have been faded by sun and water, the eyelashes visually regain their full length. The lashes appear significantly longer and more voluminous. Light eyebrows are accentuated, grey eyebrows regain their old colour. Depending on the hair structure, the eyebrow and eyelash colour lasts up to 6 weeks, during which time it helps to form new eyelashes. Since the colour penetrates and colours each individual hair, as with any normal hair colouring, there are no clumps like with a mascara. The colour is available in 9 type-appropriate shades, it is waterproof, cannot run and is therefore also especially suitable for contact lens wearers.

Pre-application allergy test:

To avoid an allergic reaction, patch test at least 48 hours before applying the hair tint.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the allergy test carefully.

Avoid skin contact:

Minimise contact of hair dye with skin, especially the scalp, as much as possible. Wear gloves to avoid skin contact.

Do not get in eyes or on mucous membranes:

Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.

Keep out of reach of children:

Hair dyes should be stored in a safe place to prevent accidental contact or swallowing.

Use only on healthy hair:

Do not use on damaged, irritated or sensitive hair, or on an injured scalp.

USE WARNINGS

Chemicals in hair dyes:

Many hair dyes contain ammonia, hydrogen peroxide and paraphenylenediamine (PPD). These substances can be irritating and may cause allergic reactions.

If you are allergic to these substances, you should avoid using them.

Ventilation during application:

Use the product in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling vapours.

Do not swallow:

Hair dye is intended for external use only. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.

Storage and shelf life:

Protect hair dye from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Do not use after the expiry date, as the chemical composition may become unstable.

Reactions during application:

If symptoms such as burning, redness or itching occur during application, stop application immediately and rinse thoroughly with water. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.

Some manufacturers advise pregnant and breastfeeding women to consult a doctor before using hair dyes.

Lightening hair dyes:

Lightening products usually contain higher concentrations of peroxide, which can irritate the scalp more. Special care is advised.

Cleaning after use:

Hair tint residue should be thoroughly removed from the skin to avoid irritation.

Hair extensions and chemically treated hair:

Hair tint can cause unwanted reactions with extensions, wigs or hair that has previously been chemically treated.
