The Biosmetics Intensive 6 % Liquid Developer is a special developer emulsion made for the Biosmetics Intensive Eyebrow and Eyelash Colour. The liquid developer is particularly easy to apply to the eyebrows. It reduces redness and skin irritation while the colour develops gently and very softly. The developer is especially suitable for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers. The manufacturer recommends using the 6% liquid developer only for tinting the eyebrows.
