Opposed handle thinning scissors with a 30 teeth design on the one blade and an unsharpened blade on the other side that allow the user to slice-cut and use other modern techniques. A finger rest on each handle allow the cutter to choose whether the cutting blade or the toothed blade is stationary, the so called European or Asian style!
