Application
1. Mixing: Mix BondFusion bleaching powder with the desired oxidant (10 vol, 20 vol, or 30 vol) in a non-metallic bowl.
2. Application: Apply evenly to dry hair
3. Processing time: Leave on for up to 50 minutes, checking progress regularly
4. Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly and wash with shampoo
5. Neutralization: Use LEVEL3 Violet Shampoo to neutralize yellow tones and optimize the color tone
