Color Excel by Revlonissimo offers reliable, even colour, multi-reflective shine and superior conditioning results. This semi-permanent tone-on-tone colour, with no added ammonia, contains cotton extract which is known to protect the hair fibre. It is ideal for highlighting natural hair colour, discreetly changing it or blending out early grey hairs while providing a natural, low-impact look with no root effect.

Key Ingredients

Care Complex: a cationic polymer with high affinity with the hair fiber that helps to smooth the hair, providing a silky, soft touch.
Cotton Extract: a well-known beauty ingredient that offers a protective action on lipid membranes to help improve hair softness.

Pre-application allergy test:
