Achieving blonde colors can’t be much easier than this. This magical powder uses the power of oxygen to achieve a uniform lightening and controlling it has never been easier.

Thanks to advanced Tri-Lightening technology that contains anti-yellow molecules, its creamy consistency, oil base and active ingredients (moisture-retaining lipids), hair blonding will be easy and comfortable, without extra damage to hair structure and hair strands.

Application: Mix with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9% or 12% or with Color Touch emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a metallic container. Mixing ratio should be 1:1.5 to 1:2 (never 1:1). When using the formula on the scalp, don’t use Welloxon higher than 6%.

Apply the mixture onto unwashed hair. The exposure time depends on the condition of the hair. Check the results every 5-10 minutes. Maximum exposure time shouldn’t exceed 50 minutes. In basic lightening use the lightening mixture onto the middle of the hair and onto the ends, leave the roots last. Rinse out the hair with warm water and a shampoo. Apply Wella Blondor Seal & Care lotion for color protection and shine.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
