Application
Mix Illumina Colour & Welloxon Perfect in a 1:1 ratio, e.g. 60 ml Illumina Colour + 60 ml Welloxon Perfect. Apply to dry hair. Application time: The application time depends on the strength of the oxidising agent and the desired colour result.
