The WELLA SP System Professional Luxe Oil Conditioner Cream provides a noticeably silky feel to the hair in 30 seconds. It is to be used daily. The Keratin Conditioning Cream protects the hair from external influences with a luxurious blend of oils. This professional cream conditioner gently cleanses impurities while keratin and panthenol enter the hair to anchor water molecules with hair proteins for strength and hair reconstruction.
Application
Apply the Keratin Conditioning Cream to the palm of your hands and massage gently into damp hair. Leave for 30 seconds, rinse thoroughly.
