The matte formula makes for a more effortless looking style while still providing enough hold to sculpt hair into place. Clay is great for fine hair that struggles to hold a style, or short to medium hair that needs a little extra grip.

Best For: Fine, short, or stubborn hair. Textured, messy styles.
 
Application
Start with dry hair. Scoop a fingernail-sized amount of pomade into hands and warm between palms - this step is especially important with this thick formula. Work into ends of hair first, then toward roots, distributing product throughout hair. Repeat as necessary for additional hold. Use your fingers to comb hair into place, or tousle and twist hair for a more natural look. You may also finish with a comb for a more polished style.
